Making an appointment 

● When deciding on a counselor

Whether counseling meets your needs and trust in the counselor is very important.

If you are new to counseling, we recommend that you talk to multiple counselors and start with a counselor that you think is right for you.

● Fifteen minutes consultation 

Talking to your first counselor in private can be anxious and feel pressured.

Take a 15-minute free consultation to determine if you feel comfortable with the actual counselor before you make an appointment.  

The free consultation is also available for each of the two VIEW counselors.

● About initial session

If you do not use the free consultation, it may take some time to explain how to receive counseling for the first time. In that case, please note that it may take some time.

Reservation and cancellation

● Reservation

​Please get in touch with us from the inquiry form. If you have a counselor of your choice, please mark the choice box.

Please contact us again if you do not receive a reply within 48 hours, except on Sundays, public holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays.

Once you have decided on a counselor and appointment date, please read "About Sessions" below.

● Payment

The counseling fee is an advance payment system. Once the reservation is decided, the counselor in charge will inform you about the payment destination. Please pay at least 24 hours before the session starts.

● Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please get in touch with us by email in advance.

If you notify us of cancellation 24 hours before your reservation (session start date and time), we will refund the full amount, excluding the transfer fee for the refund. Subsequent cancellations will be charged 100% of the fee.

In the following cases, we will not accept a cancellation fee.

  • When it becomes impossible to hold a normal session due to a disaster or man-made disaster.
  • When requesting cancellation due to the circumstances of the counselor.

About the session

​​​ ● Sessions are held online.

It is done online using a system called ZOOM. Customers are advised to use a computer or tablet.

Each session lasts 50 minutes, and the frequency will be decided upon consultation and according to the individual needs. 

 

● privacy policy and consent form

Once your reservation is decided, the counselor in charge will send you a "client form." This can be filled in.

In addition, please read and consent to the following consent form, and read and understand the privacy policy, in advance.

● Request for session recording

We ask for your agreement to record each session.

Recording a session allows us to focus more on it, as we don't have to take notes during the session. By reviewing the recording after the session, we can discover what we missed and gain a better understanding. Since We can utilize them from the next time onward, we can enhance the effect in the session, and it will be possible to give back directly to the client.
Recorded files are subject to confidentiality (see Privacy Policy for details).

Even if you agree once, you can revoke your consent at any time. Cancellation is possible for all or part of the counseling session.
Recordings are stored on a secure hard disk that cannot be accessed from the outside.

If you consent to the recording, you can select the range of use.
You are free to consent to the recording.
