About Sue Lee
Sue Lee is a counselor, California State licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and a board-certified Art Therapist.
Sue was a chaplain volunteer at a local Hospice and later started practicum training at a different Hospice as a grief therapist.
She was responsible for planning and facilitating grief art therapy groups for children. In addition, she worked on individual and group grief therapy for adults under supervision.
Sue returned to Southern California and became a staff therapist at the child guidance clinic, where she served children between the ages of 3 ~ 18 and their families under supervision. In addition, she facilitated children's art therapy groups as a part of ADHD and ASD social skill training.
After returning to Japan, Sue continues art therapy lectures, supervision, and counseling at the local municipal office. In addition, she has worked as a bilingual school counselor at the university and in international school settings.
